Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation

• Once your order is confirmed, it will be shipped as per below schedule. Delivery companies only deliver between Monday to Friday. (Excluding Bank Holidays).
  
• Order placed before 9pm from Mon to Wednesday will be delivered in next 48 hours.
• Order placed after 9pm on Wednesday will be collected by courier companies on Friday and Delivery will happen on Monday/Tuesday as delivery companies do not work on weekends.
  
• Order placed after 9pm on Thursday to 9pm on Sunday will be collected on Monday morning and will be delivered within 48 hrs.
  
• You will receive a shipment confirmation via email from [email protected] once it is completed.

Delivery Concerns

It is important for you to ensure self-availability to receive the order at the time of delivery.

Reasons for delivery failures:

• You provided the wrong phone number or address for delivery
• You are busy and phone is not answered
  
• There is a mistake in the address for delivery that was provided
  
• The address for delivery is not reasonably accessible
• The address for delivery cannot safely be accessed
• There is no easy and secure means of leaving the products at the address for delivery and there is no person available to accept delivery
• Unavailability of the person at the address for delivery to accept delivery (if signature is mandatory).

Note: Re-delivery will be chargeable in the above mentioned cases.

Damages

Miniindia.ie takes care of any damages or lost items during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at [email protected]

Follow these steps to report the same:

• Take pictures of the damaged items.
• Send us an email to [email protected], with your order no and pictures of the damaged items.

Free Delivery and Weight Restrictions

1. We provide free delivery over €30.00 (terms & conditions apply) across the Republic of Ireland.
   
2. If your order is updated (due to any of the reasons mentioned below) and the order value drops below the free shipping threshold, the shipping charges of €7.99 will be applicable to the order. You may add more items to the order to avail free shipping. Your order may be updated due to the following reasons: Item is out of stock / Item is past best before date / Item is no longer required by the customer. In this case you will be informed by an email of phone call from our team.
   
3. Refund Vouchers and Gift Vouchers are exempted from Free Delivery threshhold.
